I started practicing hypno-coaching with techniques tapping directly into the subconscious mind which bring lasting changes and helping others to overcome barriers keeping them stuck and was surprised at the awesome and results (and how much I loved helping them)!
I eventually launched The'Beyond Coaching Academy' to empower professionals to fully unlock their potential and elevate their careers with expert coaching skills. We use advanced techniques that hack into the
subconscious mind and remove limiting beliefs and fixed mindsets to trigger increased arousal.
We walk this road together with weekly live sessions, on learning, practicing, supervision, developing a growth mindset, self-awareness and reflection sessions.
